1. Eligibility
The KAI Summer Wave 2026 campaign is open to all active users of RAD Studio, Delphi, or C++Builder who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. Employees of Embarcadero Technologies, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Campaign period
The campaign runs from July 1 – September 30, 2026. Submissions are accepted throughout this period. Monthly review cycles close on the last day of each calendar month.
3. Submission requirements
Each entry must include: a completed submission form, a story describing real use of Kai within RAD Studio, Delphi, or C++Builder, and a shareable link to supporting assets (screenshots, video, or code). Submissions must be original and must not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
4. Judging & awards
Entries are reviewed by the Embarcadero team on the criteria of Impact, Creativity, Practical Value, and Clarity. One monthly Super Giveaway recipient, three Runner-Up giveaway recipients, and one People's Choice giveaway recipient will be selected each month. The recipients will be announced by the 15th of the following month.
5. Giveaways
Giveaway values and selections are subject to change. Giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Giveaway recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes. Delivery of physical giveaways is limited to regions where Embarcadero can ship.
6. Content & permissions
By submitting an entry, participants grant Embarcadero Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature their story, name, and submitted assets across Embarcadero's marketing channels, blog, social media, and email newsletters, with attribution.
7. Disqualification
Embarcadero reserves the right to disqualify any submission that contains false, misleading, or fabricated information, violates these rules, or does not reflect genuine use of Kai.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected through submissions is handled in accordance with Embarcadero's Privacy Policy.
